Hi
i want to replace the stock 6 screws bridge on my mim stratocaster

on the fender parts homepage https://shop.fender.com/en-US/parts/electric-guitar-parts/bridges-and-bridge-parts/

on the fender site there are
https://shop.fender.com/en-US/parts/str ... 49000.html

https://shop.fender.com/en-US/parts/bri ... 14049.html

and other

but my concern , are are these briges compatible with the 6 screws holes on a mim standard?
i mean will the 6 screws of the new bridge fit in the body holes?
what should i buy?
thanks

Which tremolo are you planning on fitting?
What model is the guitar you want to fit it to?

Why are you replacing it? Fender will sell you a replacement but it will be the same as the original.

I don't know , Callagham is know to be the best upgrade. Yes is very expensive.

You may no ear any difference with poor upgrade.

IMO, the best upgrade for a MIM guitar are;
1- Buy an American made guitar like American Standard or the new model name
2- Better pickups.

I have 2 MIM Standard Strats.
One (the 2012) I have the Trem 'decked' with the original Trem block (and all original parts), and the other (2015) I installed a Steel Trem block, Roller Saddles, GraphTech Nut, and Roller String Tree, and set it to float. I have the original pickup's in both. Both have two distinctive sounds because of the set-up.
I never have, and never will have a problem with the original pickup sound...but everybody's ear is different.

Some people are very happy with a Squier Bullet.
Playing music is more important than gear

So true but it still has to be a guitar you want to pick up. There is little worse than playing a guitar that annoys you.

A mate brought round a V and a 3 PUP Les Paul the other day. If they were the only guitars available to me I think I would rather give up.

Stop obsessing about the screws, and do something tangible, such as replacing the tremolo block for a steel one.
It's possible to get a Fender steel block that fits the MiM Standard bridge.
You'd need to get a new (American) arm too, because the block is threaded for 10/32" thread.
