I'm thinking of getting a Strat but wouldn't like to pay too much. Also I want the Strat made in USA :D.

I really like the 50s classic strats, but they're MIM.

Go for Highway One.

I want to ask that same question a little differently.

I have a MIM Standard Strat and I think it is a really nice guitar, but I have never played an American Strat. What am I missing by not owning a Highway One or some other American Strat?
