Since this strat is like on giveaway (fender is always so nice with these, i feel like the forum members should give something back lol), does anyone know the specifications for this strat? just curious...

All i know is that it's like a blizzard pearl strat, cool graphics, rosewood fretboard, a six-point vibrato tailpiece (just a side note i don't like to use the word tremolo because it is inaccurate in this case), ol stlye headstock, and that's it. Since it's a fender, im hoping for good quality, even if i dont get it. Thanks in advance

(yay i found a cool other name like the blues artists:howlin wolf, t-bone walker, muddy waters, B.B. King)

Yeah, you don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, but what kind of guitar is this?

21 frets, 8 mounting screw pickguard, vintage bridge.

My first thought was a fancy Jimmie Vaughan model ... what do you think?

Generic 50's platform with a rosewood board; MIA or MIM ???; JV model would have the tone circuit particular to that. Do we know the electronics? If's MIM I'd make it a Standard with a custom finish. Minus 3 screws it looks like the autographed black MIM Standard I have in a presentation case. Nicks, McVie, Fleetwood, Buckingham

Just guessing...maybe a 7.25" radius fretboard, alnico III pups, seems to have the vintage tuners but really can't tell from pic that well?

Do you have both McVie's?

i'm looking at it and it's more of a sonic blue; definitely an early 60's platform- maybe i'll look it up elsewhere on the internet. Yeah when i get it (i have positive thoughts so that i should get it :)) it'll be cool i'll be like i have a fender and a squier; i would probably take the fender for some school stage rig cause 1 like duh it's a fender and 2 it looks like a rocker! I'm guessing it's going to be top notch quality because i think it's coming from the fender factory directly... correct me if im wrong.

Regardless of what it is or isn't, I'd be quite happy to own it!

When you win it, will you please take pictures of it all apart so that we can figure out what the pieces are? Thanks!
