I am a lefty player and as is usual, not all colors and editions are available in left handed version, Now I have the chance to get a jade pearl right handed stratocaster body, my question is if I can pair it with a left handed neck without any compatibillity or playability issue.

Thank you.

The neck will work just fine, but the tremolo arm will be dropping down from the top, which will require adjustment to palm muting techniques if you don't keep the bar pushed back (or leave it in the case).
Also, the ergonomics of the controls being in your armpit are not the best. Also, access above the 17th fret is more difficult.
That's why the Hendrix signature model reverses only the headstock and neck pickup... it provides the tone and playability differences of flipping the guitar, but without the poor ergonomics and reduced upper fret reach.

You would be far better getting a pre finish LH body from Warmouth.

You will otherwise need a RH trem and scratch plate for the RH body and it will be a complete pain in the bum to play. It will also be close to worthless if you sell it as anything but parts.

Why not get a RH guitar complete and change the nut if you are set on playing an upside down guitar.

Agreed.
If the purchase is only for the body, by the time the parts are purchased, the cost will be well over what a new American Special would cost.

Would be better to purchase a Player (or American Special) lefty and have the body refinished, which would be under $300 for a single tone finish.

I have to agree with everyone. I took a left hand strat and converted it to right handed. Had the bridge and nut upgraded and changed. It looks cool but was a waste of money. Now it’s a dust collector. Bought a 60’s fender reverse neck strat and love it. Look just like the Jimi Hendrix strat. Learn from my mistake.
