Yes, Custom Shop. However I've looked at every available body part # none match your number.
You need to contact consumer relations and have them look up your body part number as 64Galaxie suggested.

Looks like a 62 RI to me too.
Sorry to sound contrary but it does not look like custom shop since the body is missing telltale markings. :D
