Hey everybody!
I have a quick question concerning my doubts on the realness of this fender Stratocaster:
It concerns this self built guitar:
https://link.marktplaats.nl/m1288180174
The guy says he used a neck of a replacement of a custom shop one, a body from a fender from the 80's, and the pick guard en pickups from a 57 ri fender deluxe player.
I am mainly doubting about the legitness of this guitar because of the logo, the fat wavy logo I only saw on the big style headstocks. This guitar has a small headstock but with the big wavy fat logo (with synchronized tremolo etc).
Does anybody know whether there indeed exist such headstocks or that it is most likely a sticker or a fake?
Thanks in advance!

The answer comes (probably too) late, but anyways.
The big logo/small headstock combo has been seen on some Strats (Smith era), but I don't think that sticker is original to that neck. And Fender CS necks should have a CS logo...

Otherwise, the price (400€) is low for a US Strat in Europe - even for a partscaster. So proceed with caution.

Look a fake or Squier neck

Thanks guys! I indeed skipped the deal, taking the same reasons into account as you just stated.
Thanks for the advice nonetheless.
