There's the https://www.fender.com/product-registra ... ial-search page.
The serial number of this guitar doesn't match. And after that, is there any point in further guessing?
If you're interested in buying, there are plenty of options without doubts of legit/fake etc.

BTW, you can post pics straight on the forum; get the pic address (starts 'http', ends 'jpg') and use the IMG-command. Like this:

My guess is vaguely AVRI neck though the dot spacing seems a little off with other parts of unknown origin.
Check this info on reissue necks

Definitely not CS probably partscaster. :D

YES!

As a player, the true value of a guitar is the pleasure it gives you.

People pay huge prices for new cars, knowing that the value drops every day.

People buy expensive TV's and computers, knowing that in a few years or maybe a decade they'll throw them in the trash.

People buy treadmills and other exercise equipment, and end up hanging clothes on them.

Absolutely. Guitars, tube amps and quality camera lenses are about the only products that don't go out of date and depreciate like falling rocks.

As a guitar it is all about what it does for you personally. It's price, name, background are irrelevant. A $5000 guitar is worth squat if you don't like playing it.

OK, I consider this a happy ending, provided the price was way closer to partscaster/unknown level than AVRI/Custom Shop level.
