do these pickups always have color codes --blue for neck and red for bridge?

The bridge pickup should have a red dot painted on the bottom of one of the magnets.
The neck pickup should have a blue dot painted on the bottom of one of the magnets.
The coil wire for each pickup will be orange or copper colored, indicating formvar wire.

Likewise, it may not be consistent from model to model.
My hot-noiseless (no RWRP middle) uses the yellow wire to indicate the bridge pickup (52mm spacing), and red dots on the white wire to indicate the middle and neck pickups (50mm pole spacing)
