In fairness to the guy it might have been due to the time the post was in quarantine. He did visit on 26th Feb but no one had posted by then. It could have been that the original post still hadn't been released?

While I don't see this forum as just providing people a soap box from which to rant about Fender, you do wonder how many might now be playing an active part in the forum if they had actually felt they were part of it at the beginning?

It's not a Horror Story.

He play a guitar almost a year,
He was offered 2 money reimbursements and a guitar upgrade.

You cant get better when the manufacturer says,,, yup our product was bad, here have another better one, your choice.

This seems to happen more so in European countries, so it might be just the way the European retailers handle things, and not so much about Fender themselves (just speculating). I don’t see a problem getting correct replacement Fender necks here in the US, or at least you don’t hear about it as much here as you do in Europe. :|

Just because the "original poster" doesn't come back, doesn't mean this thread won't help someone else. Sure it's annoying when a person registers, and posts ONCE to rant about something, or ask for help/opinions on certain subjects, and then is never seen again (especially when they've been helped and don't bother to acknowledge those that have helped them)---but there's no rule for or against it.
