I have always liked Peter Green, could easily put him in the "Most Underrated" category. Blues Breakers, early Fleetwood Mac, and current Splinter Group.

Peter Green -- Wasn't he almost exclusively a Les Paul player? Or am I thinking of someone else?

Hughie Thomasson (Outlaws) -- I saw them get boo'd off the stage opening for Black Sabbath. I think it was a little too "southern" for the norcal Sab fans. It got kinda ugly between the band and the crowd.

I saw these guys last year in my area (Scranton, Pa.), they were great! Trading off licks that would make David Gilmore proud!!!

I had the opportunity to see them too when I was in the States. Incredible!!

Some more trivia:

In 1994, David Gilmour attended an Australian Pink Floyd Show performance at The Fairfield Halls in Croydon. He subsequently invited the band to attend the end-of-tour, after-show party for The Division Bell tour at Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London.

They are the only Pink Floyd tribute act to play for any Pink Floyd member. In 1996, TAPFS performed at David Gilmour's 50th birthday. They are the only Pink Floyd tribute act to have performed at the Royal Albert Hall, first performing there on November 26, 2001 and being joined with the choir from Islington Green School for a rendition of Another Brick in the Wall pt. 2, and again sold out the Royal Albert Hall in May 2007. Roger Waters is reported to have attended this performance.
