So i decided to build a strat for a school project a few weeks ago and bought a $100 kit on ebay. Ive finished the guitar its just that when i plug it in and play ive noticed a buzzing sound. After some investigating i found out it wasnt grounded so i unscrewed the pick guard and found a loose wire, i know i need to solder it to something its just that i dont know what. Any help is appreciated because i dont really want to play on a guitar with a noticable buzzing.

Check this: https://p4.zdassets.com/hc/theme_assets ... A_SISD.pdf

One ground wire to/from the trem claw (as marked in the diagram),
another (the #20 in the diagram) to/from the pickup cavity bottom - but the cavity needs to have foil or conductive paint for the latter to work.
