Wondering what type of finish is on my 2017 mim special edition strat, the black one with the aged white parts. Had it for 4 months and its aging much quicker than a poly so im guessing some type of cellulose?

If you feel those don't fit your guitar, try emailing Fender Consumer relations (via the support pages) with the serial number.

And PS, sorry for the late answer. The good folks of Fender are probably NAMM busy, so the forum's first post delay seems to have been long.
