Have an American Special with Texas Specials in neck and middle, Seymour Duncan Pearly gates bridge. Have a 5 way super switch and an S1 pot/switch.
Is there a wiring diagram that will give me:
S1 up = normal Strat 5 way selections;
S1 down =
Position one: all three pickups wired in series
Position two: bridge and middle pickups wired in series
Position three: middle and neck pickups wired in series
Position four: bridge and neck pickups wired out of phase
Position five: bridge and middle pickups wired in series and out of phase, in parallel with neck pickup

In short no there isnt a diagram.
You will have to work it out.
Andybighair and his cat may have done it for you. They were a wizz at all that with the cat doing most of the work.
Have not seen them on the forum for ages. :D

Well that is an excellent starting point for sure and you are right pretty close to what the op wants
Gotta be honest and admit I didnt know that existed.
Shame I dont see all the latest wiring diagrams!
The devil is in the detail e.g the texas mid is generally rwrp but not having a special maybe it isnt on this model (anyone know for sure?) and the bridge is a bucker so there are complications
Maybe if you ditched the middle pu for a normally wound one it would make life a lot easier. :D

Good catch that RWRP.
First thing that comes to mind is (and I'm absolutely no wiring guru) to reverse the Pearly Gates wires (the N3 bridge pup colors in that link are red/hot, black/cold, green/ground), but whaddoiknow. (BTW, those S1's are a nightmare on soldering... but then again, pros might think not.)

I think this is the guitar Leevc5 is talking about, but don't know the current wiring:
https://forums.fender.com/viewtopic.php ... 9#p1190449

Edit: I fell on the old trap there.
Pickup RWRP is not the same as pickup phase (so the TS neck and TS mid can be in phase with each other even though the mid is RWRP).
The complications mentioned may occur if the Pearly Gates is wired out of phase in relation to the other pickups. But since the guitar seems to work with the current wiring (see the previous topic link), that might not be a problem with the S1/Elite wiring either.
Still thinking the 'reverse the Pearly wires' should do the trick, if needed.

From the pics I have seen the mid has a yellow which usually means rwrp.
Maybe the op should just go for it and see what interesting sounds he gets.
I would think some would be like a true humbucker but others may be out of phase. :D

The Elite diagram includes a wiring scheme for the blower switch, you'll need to cut a hole between the tone controls to add the passing lane button.

With this feature the signal is directly sent to the Pearly Gates humbucker and the volume/tone controls are completely bypassed.

Just to clarify, the diagram I posted above is not an AmElite diagram, it's the American Deluxe V-neck 011-9202-7XX 2010 diagram.
The switch functions suit the OP's request better (not exactly), and it does not have the 'passing lane' button/function.

S-1 Switch Down (On):
Position 1. Bridge, Middle and Neck Pickups in Series
Position 2. Bridge and Middle Pickup in Series
Position 3. Middle and Neck Pickup in Series
Position 4. Bridge and Neck Pickup Out-Of-Phase and in Series with Special Tone Capacitor
Position 5. Bridge and Middle Pickup in Series and Out-Of-Phase and in Parallel with Neck Pickup

Leevc5, would be nice to hear about the end results.
