Hey guys so I've bought this new American pro strat a couple months ago and was in love with it but I've had fret problems, intonation issues, Jack input issues, and grounding issues, should I be able to get a new one from my dealer etc

Best to ask the dealer. You may be covered by the local consumer legislation, the seller's warranty or Fender's warranty, if the product has defects. (And of course, some dealers have a no-questions-asked return policy.)

On the guitar's problems, intonation sounds very much like a setup issue, the jack could fall in the same category, and the grounding could be anything.
I'd like to know more details about the problems, but one main question is: has the guitar been setup properly?

That seems like quite a lot to go wrong in two months assuming the guitar was good when you left the shop. Someone hasn't been playing it in the bath or something?

Another one-post customer.

For all we know the first post was flame bait.
Pretty vague, while at the same time attempting to be relatively all-inclusive.
That is often one of the tell-tale signs.

Time will tell.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

A Fender Strat is such a simple design. Most issues are setup problems which isn't hard to sort if you can follow instructions.

I am inclined to think we are both on the same page here...as you say "Time will tell."
