I have 1995 American Strat with 2 hole trem. Can i replace synchronized vintage tremolo system

Well you could but you would first need to remove the threaded insets for the two post trem. This won't be easy. You would most likely end up routing out an area around the posts which will need to be filled with wood blocks.

In honesty, unless you have a particular reason for wanting the original body (remember it will have to be refinished) you might as well just get the correct body for the vintage trem.
