I've used elixir nano web guitar strings for years now but recently I've started using uncoated strings and much prefer the tone of them. I love the sound and feel of Ernie ball regular slinky strings but they only last me a week before I start cringing when I slide because the treble strings have rusted. I sweat a lot when I play so I seem to go through strings faster than normal. Im looking at trying the d'addario nyxl's or the Ernie ball paradigms but are they supposed to last longer or just have improved tone? They're not the cheapest strings so i don't want to try them and have to replace them again next week.
Thanks

Have you tried the usual anti-sweaty-hands tricks; washing your hands before playing, talcum powder, wiping the strings after playing, string cleaner/conditioner products..?

It might sound weird but I prefer my hands to be sweaty when playing.

Have you tried doing something really simple, like wiping the strings down after you've finished playing?
Failing that, you're looking at something like stainless steel strings.
