Hi guys, I am having a problem with my Strat + THR10. I am having a hum that sounds like the beautiful 60 cycle hum but with an exquisite addition of another hum that comes and goes in perfect cycle. I have added a video for this sound. Any help would be fantastic :) .

First, is your amp plugged in a grounded outlet?
Second, that test situation seems quite electronically crowded...
Third, if the hum/buzz doesn't change at all when you touch the bridge/other metal parts in the guitar, you may have a grounding issue like a missing/loose/unsoldered ground wire.

And the (beginning of a probably long) question list: Which Stratocaster, why is it autopsied, what wiring diagram?

The fact the hum can happen even when the guitar is unplugged seems to vindicate the guitar.
About the most fault that can be ascribed to the guitar is that it is an aid to the problem, perhaps an antenna of sorts but not the cause.
I would have the amp checked out.
In my entire life I have never heard hum that bad from an unshielded or poorly wired guitar.
A simple test to determine if the guitar is at fault would be to try another guitar known to be good.
If the hum persists then it's not the guitar.
In the meantime I would encourage caution when opening up circuits, guitar or otherwise.
That hum sounds like misfortune awaiting opportunity.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Did a little googling. If the amp is the culprit, might be worth checking this: Taming the Yamaha THR10 Whine(s)

Whining noise(s) seem to be a common problem with Yamaha THR's - odd for a reputable company. Didn't find any accidents, though...
(In the high-fidelity days, I was a big fan of their stereo speakers - but eventually chose Tandbergs anyway.)

That video should be titled "Why not remove the RWRP middle pickup in my Fender Stratocaster"

Why was the middle pickup removed? Surely not an attempt to reduce the noise of single coil pickups.
I admit I didn't stop the video and look closely at the wiring, but would go out on a relatively small branch and say therein may lay the problem.

A few good still photo's of the amp chassis and the guitar wiring may help solve your noise issues.
