Great! Pics are a must!

Out of sheer nosy-ness, where did you order if from - you're in Scotland, right? Going back a couple of posts in this thread, did you get a sensible price? Any room for negotiation?

Or tell me to mind my own business, by all means

Hi Ceri,

I use my local place a lot, it's a small independent store. I like to support the little guy, always have. Anyway, I went in today (after receiving a rather large cheque in the mail this morning) I asked the dude if he could get me one, he said absolutely no problem. The figure we spoke of was in the region of £2,500.00, I always pay over the odds in there. But as I said, I like to support the little guy. I just hope he can get it as soon as... and I promise many pix bud. I'm like a kid at Christmas

I've been ready and waiting!!!! The longest couple of months since my last child was born.(21 years ago) That's kind of drastic sounding huh? Oh well, still can't wait. I know, like most of you say, I should be modding my own sound and strat, but I have other strats to do that with so don't worry! :D

Thanks Doc, maybe I'll be satisfied for a while. You know there is always something else that comes along (grass is greener on the other side). At least that's what my wife says about me, and she is most likely right. :? :)

How late in October? Have they given you any idea? I'm going into my place on Tuesday, I haven't actually been given a date of arrival yet. I'm hoping they will know more when I go in, decided to trade up my Tele for a Deluxe Telecaster as well 8) I couldn't resist

The pricing is on the Fender website if you haven't seen it yet. I think the stock model listed at $3999 and the Relic version was something Like $4400. Should be pretty cool.
