My garage is my "Go To Place" for building guitars. I've made a few tele clones and a few mini-strats for the kids. Router, Shopsmith, and a few Stew-Mac fretting tools and I am set.

Home.
If I'm doing a project I'm doing it at home.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I did a kit from Warmoth. I picked the exact body and piece for the top for a Strat. Chose the exact piece for the finger board and chose the exact neck. All the parts were delivered in perfect condition. I did all the finishing, assembling, and wiring myself. Had a bone nut and set installed by D'Angelo guitars in Fairlawn NJ.
The Warmoth parts seemed to be high quality and well done. The guitar plays and sounds great.
I also had two necks made at USA custom guitars from planks of roasted maple I bought from a lumber yard.
USACG does outstanding work.

Oh, you mean websites.
That's different.

Warmoth, Mojo, Stewmac, Overdrive, Stratosphere, those were the main ones I used.
Also got a few things from Amazon, Callaham and a few eBay vendors besides Stratosphere.
