Post subject: Correct neck for a 1975 strat?

Looks like most of the numbers were never stamped, or are worn off. For the life of me I don't know how numbers like that would get worn off on the butt of a neck? Thanks for the help!

It seems to be authentic, at least for the '72-and-onward era. It's a three-screw mount with the requisite bullet truss-rod adjustment and dual string trees. Pinning down the exact year might prove problematic but I believe it to be genuine Fender.
