Hi there !
Please help !
I would like to buy a guitar Fender strat avri 62 via internet , but I doubt it. Is this guitar is real american ? Here is some photos .
I've never had a guitar like this and it's difficult for me to determine the authenticity here.

Thanks in advance. Alex. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

The guitar seems to be a genuine AVRI 62 but whoever currently owns it doesn't know JACKFUCKINGSHIT about how to string a Strat with split-post tuners. I'm surprised the sonofabitch stays in tune at all!

Have you sent the serial # to Fender requesting the spec sheet for verification via email?
mailto:consumerrelations@fender.com
The only thing I see are the two screws holding the switch in place are definitely the wrong type and the blatant disregard for the proper use of vintage style slotted tuners as Arjay so eloquently pointed out. Probably changed the 3-way to a 5-way switch for ease of use.

The selector-switch screws should be the same style as the pickup screws -- oval head, nickel plated Philips. It's hard to tell from the photo what they are but if they're not as I just described then yes, they are incorrect for an AVRI. An easy fix, should one be necessary.

Thank you all once again for your help. Image

I played a small track. Guitars on this Fender, bass on the bass, shaker on the shaker .percussion on the body of the acoustic guitar. Just to feel the sound .

Why? What if a guy can't play one because of that ridiculous switch on the top of the guitar? I'd consider an SG...but the Les Paul can KMA.
