Hi, welcome to the forum.
(Note that your first post was delayed a few days so answers come late.)

To answer your question, I would like to see more pics. Guitar (assembled) front and back, details from the headstock front & back, neck pocket, trem route in the back, trem block - those at least.
What I can see from the body this far: could very well be legit.

BTW, you didn't "give us pics", you posted a link for pics. Many members won't even click outside links, so post pics straight to the forum if you want answers - and just to be polite.

From what I've seen of the photos you're not looking at a 1982 Strat.
This is a 1982 Dan Smith Strat https://reverb.com/item/3541545-1982-fe ... -fullerton

The photos in the link looks to be an 1987 American Standard Stratocaster. Swimming pool route for the pickups, the 22 fret extended fretboard neck date is '87. If the link with the pictures is your guitar, it is not a 1982 Strat.

From the images above I don't see anything which would immediately suggest it isn't legitimate. The nut has been changed but otherwise nothing jumps out as wrong to me.

Gorgeous colour but strange wear pattern, has this been artificially done? How does the top horn end up like that?

Yep, that's "artificial relic" for sure. And not very well executed, but that's how I feel about most "artificial relics". Check the neck finish, no amount of playing will produce a worn/unworn seam like that near the headstock end...

Im planing to repaint it. Im not first owner. Some guy Just use 'graffiti' spray. I slowly try to scratch paint. Im not fan of relics or stuff like this. BTW can you Tell me about year 1987 and why they use Such big pools for pickups? The frets are also almost scratched. It just need good renovation. I paid for this guitar like 400$ i don't know If it was worth but I love it

It makes for easy CNC router programming.
It also makes it a lot easier to fit any kind of pickup configuration.
