Hi, welcome.
Languages is no problem, we speak in many tongues.
And note: your first post was delayed a few days, so answers come late. (I should copy that to a file, I seem to post it to r-e-a-l-l-y many of my answers...)

My opinion on the guitar:
If that guitar is original at all, it's Mexican made. Based on those two pics alone, I'd be very, very cautious.
Lots more pics needed (full, both sides, all details, neck heel & pocket, wiring...) for a better-than-first-impression-guessing answer.

BTW: It's considered polite to post pics straight to the forum - many members don't open outside links at all. The forum's [img] doesn't work with drive.google, so maybe use some pic hosting page.

The serial number is PHONY.

A US-made Sambora Strat would have a 22-fret neck and conventional nut in addition to the star inlay on the fretboard. It featured the S/S/S pickup configuration with Hot Noiseless pickups, a 12 dB active midboost circuit, and vintage-style trem bridge.

Only the Mexican version got the locking nut and Floyd Rose trem but it used standard dot fretboard markers and a DiMarzio PAF at the bridge.

+1 - it's a Mexican Sambora model, and the serial number is fake.

Um - I think you're forgetting the original Sambora; you're describing the 2nd version. There was a USA Sambora with a Floyd Rose that came out in 1992:

That being said I don't remember when it changed to the one you described - I think it was 1998 but it might have been 1997. And if you don't care about Bon Jovi or Richie Sambora it's pretty easy to forget that he actually did have about 4 signature models (there was also an MIJ version in black/silver paisley - with a Floyd).

Of course it's pretty obvious the guitar the OP has turned up isn't a USA Sambora.

I forgot nothing.

The guitars you've referenced are not germane to the discussion at hand.

 Shouldn't we agree on the shape of the table first?

The chinese are turning out millions of these for like $400.00. Make sure it is real. It's hard to find the real deal on the internet.

And FMIC rewards such forgers by allowing them to build legitimate Fender-branded gear.

Makes perfect sense.

It's crazy! 99% of the Sambora Strats on the internet are freakin' new chinese knock offs. Why allow it and have set prices for dealers on your own guitars. I don't get it. It would be so easy to track down these counterfeiters.

The one you show is way different. This is mine. Given to Les from Richie. It's dated on the case as a 93. It has the push/push db boost button an extra fret and the neck does not have the fake ageing. Also the pickguard is different. Image
