Does Fender offer Roasted Maple and Stainless Steel frets?

I've used a Warmoth and Musikraft neck that used both, incredible necks that just simply don't show fret wear.

I prefer the Fender logo on my guitars, but haven't seen any offered with either option. (I did play an awesome Rosewood neck.)

Lightly roasted vacuum stabilized maple, yes, on select models.
Stainless steel frets, I don't think you'll be able to get without going through Custom Shop, or having the frets replaced. And a full fret replacement costs more than a new neck with frets.

The quartersawn stabilized neck on my Select is really nice - stiff as a laminated neck, without the added weight. But I am being careful with it, because my experience with those woods is that what you gain in stiffness, you loose to extra brittleness. TANSTAAFL, and all that.
