FYI
The word you want is upload (to Photobucket) not download.
When you send a file that's upload.
When you recieve a file that's download.
It's a common mistake.
Maybe more common when your first language is not English.
Imagine your computer is the earth.
Imagine the Internet is outer space.
When you send a file it goes up to the sky to go into outer space.
When you recieve a file it comes down from the sky.

Send = up
Recieve = down

So is this worse or better than what you've been trying to describe?

So what's wrong?
The gap on the pictured guitar is normal.

the gap is bewteen the bar and the hole in the plate. I was ask that. I have another mim strat its a 97 with no gap and an 04 korean no gap. Look at the other picture the white strat that was posted by stratmangler that has lot less gap. I have some other non fenders and there isnt any gap to speak of. That is why I ask

Looks to me like it's just the angle of the trem block that causes this. If you currently have two springs, try going to three. If three, try angling the two outer ones. (And if the trem is blocked, remove the trem bar.)

I dont think angle has anything to do with it the bar is smaller than the hole in the plate. the gap is the same all the way around. is there a possibality of the wrong bar I did buy this used?

Of course there is - as always with used gear.
I don't see anything alarming on your trem arm.
But if you want to get some peace of mind, google 0050921000.
That's the Fender part number for "MEX. STD. STRATOCASTER 0134600 /Arm, Tremolo Vint" from the service diagram.
Compare measures you find with the trem arm you have, and order a new arm if the measures don't match.

I agree that, in an ideal world, the threaded hole in the trem block should be absolutely central to hole in the trem plate.

The only one of my Strats this occurs is on the one with an after market trem block. All my others, MiA not MiM including my 21+ year old, the threaded hole is so close to the edge of the trem plate hole that it is a wonder the arm goes in at all.

Provided the arm actually goes in the margin around the outside is of no consequence. Ignore it and enjoy the guitar.

Just a shot in the dark...but there are six screws at the front of the bridge plate, and the plate has a beveled front edge. You could trying adjusting the screws (looser I would guess) to tip the plate backward off the bevel a bit to center the hole.
