I have a fender squier mini strat.

I would like to install a tele bridge, & either a tele neck, or a jazzmaster neck.

This is to be my out in the shop bang around practice woodshed guitar.

Would maybe like to eventualy find some good bluesie replacement pickups.

This is strictly a learning experiance, have fun kind of guitar - not a purist, just for the fun of it....

Very Respectfully,

J. Gary

Regular scale necks won't fit on this mini.

Correct.

As well, the body may not be sufficiently deep enough to permit the installation of "man-sized" pickups. Check it before proceeding.

Like I had said before
This guitar is just a fun kick about, knock about out in the shop guitar.

If I drop it - who cares - if it gets paint overspray on it, whoopdee doo

If the outside cat decides to sharpen her claws on it - no sweat.

Like I said, it's a garage/travel guitar

LoL

A hoopdie guitar

The scale is kinda neat, definately short. But it takes up less room than my fender squier x-155 hollow bodied & my fender squier jagmaster,...

1st non tobacco sunburst guitar that I've owned,...

This one is torino red

I would find playing a guitar that can't be properly intonated immensely frustrating.
You refer to it as a workshop clunker, when a better, and more accurate description might well be "that piece of sh1t that doesn't play in tune".

It's that simple ....

No matter what you are intending to do with it, this sounds like good money after bad. Rather than waste money on good parts which are unlikely to do much you would be better putting that money into a second hand "proper" guitar. A rough looking MiM Strat can probably be had for the price of a neck and some PUPs.
