I have a standard mexican stratocaster with a bridge that looks crooked, also my high e string does not sit over the magnetic pole on the neck pick up. I did change the pickguard and I never noticed if the bridge ever appeared crooked with the original pickguard. I've been looking for the original pickguard, what do think is up, is there an optical illusion, crooked pick guard or bridge? How do I add pics?

A full length shot wouldn't go amiss - it would give a better idea as to the cause of the problem.

Check your neck/body alignment. Observe where the strings cross the twelfth fret dots and see if the A and B strings line up the same distance on the outside of the dots. If not, you can loosen the four neck bolts and pull the neck in the needed direction, then tighten the four neck bolts.

The pickguard being slightly misaligned is not uncommon, and most won't even notice it.

+1 for the neck not parallel to the body.

The strings should normally not be the same distance from the edge. They are different thickness, and their amplitude when vibrating differs. Check the nut and try to keep the same relative distance from the edge as the nut has.

Here you go......

The bridge anomaly, while present, is slight and of little consequence.

I've seen much worse hanging in the showroom of a GC.

Sorry about the pics. What does it mean if I'm able to fret two of the same notes? High fret? There is also some buzzing snd deadspots, the guitar is in desperate need of a fret job, I dont think a truss rod turn will fix it.

Diagnosing frets via internet is almost impossible, even with best possible pics. You can search for high/low frets yourself by playing a string on each fret; at some point the buzz should stop, the problem fret would be there (/one below). Or you could check the neck/frets with a ruler, or just frets with a StewMac "fret rocker" type tool.

But diagnosing is only half the job, the problem also needs to be fixed. So, at this point, I'd suggest you take the guitar to a good pro. It may be that the guitar only needs a full setup (costs around 80-100). Ask him/her/it to consult you if that's not enough, so you can compare the price against getting a new (used) neck.
If there's real trouble with the frets (high/low/grooved etc.) it may need a fret level job, sometimes with a partial refretting, or (worst case scenario) a full refretting. The price of these may be substantially higher than buying a neck on ebay & such.
