Your guitar was made at the
Corona Plant (Fender), USA
in 2012 or 2013
Production Number: 312986

Picture of the body / pickups is too poor to say more .
What it is around the bridge pickups ? Look a big hole ?

You should probably email the serial number to Fender; they really don't check the forum for things like that. Send it to consumerrelations@fender.com.

To me it looks like a Jade Pearl American Standard but the pickups have been swapped out for DiMarizios that look like one of their rail-type pickups. Whomever did the swap used a black HSS pickguard so the bridge pickup has that odd mounting (and you can see the body through the hold in the pickguard).

+1!

The tech who performed that "mod" must be a member of Meatpackers Local 344......that's the worst case of butchery I've seen all week.

Not that it matters man but you should mark your album private and only have links to the guitar photos... :D

Damn, you see some things!

That could be a really nice guitar, with the correct pickguard and matching knobs.

If the "Tech" who did that considered it an acceptable job I think I would be inclined to take it to pieces and redo it as soon as possible.

Indeed. And if snakes parents come looking for you you might need more than a Leatherman.

Out of the recent colours, I quite like that Jade Pearl. Yes, OK, whoever thought a SC fits a HB hole needs glasses, but it's easily fixed with a replacement scratchplate. I'd do that anyway as I think a white(ish) plate looks better, but that's just me!

Congrats on a nice Strat, anyway. Just be nicer back in standard trim.

Cheers - Peter.
