Post subject: Buddy Guy good buy?

I tried a (alleged 1996) Buddy Guy with rails and Seymour humbucker on bridge. It has a phasing switch in the tone pot location. Very good condition and set up. Did the modifications really kill the value? $500?

Buddy Guy Strat never had a humbucker. It need a big hole in the body :( . Not anymore buddy Guy Strat.

To me it kill the value, how much ? 1/3 , the half ?
