Fender does not sell replacement necks. So that should answer most of your questions.
Your options would be aftermarket necks or used Fender necks from sources such as eBay.

Warmoth.com would be the best place, in my opinion to get a new neck. And no, you can't get a serial number or Fender logo printed on your headstock, because that's illegal.
The only way you can get a replacement neck with a Fender decal is if your neck is badly damaged. Then you can bring it to an authorized Fender dealer, who then sends your neck off, and later receives an identical replacement with a logo. All this is obviously not free, but personally, the logo wouldn't be a concern for me.

If I'm not mistaken you can get a replacement or aftermarket neck with a fender decal but it won't have a serial# or the trademark

I fully agree with Chet.

The other and more complicate possibiltiy is to go to a Fender Dealer, they check with you your wishes, check costs, and send the whole guitare to the plant. So its more custom shop.

Cheers :D

If you want a neck with the serial number and logo look on craigslist or try ebay.

Warmoth has some very high quality necks that you can buy. So I agree with sandwich here. I have bought several things there and the staff no's there stuff so they can help on the phone.
