I'm still trying to see how the OP's guitar is comparable to the ES-1275, as there doesn't appear to any way to play 12 string.

Fuzzy dice would be an ideal accessory.
The dial on the upper horn indicates NPM (notes per minute).
If you follow the link below the picture you can find a video with the guitar in action.

No, it doesn't. The tachometer is hooked up like a VU meter.

My comment was from memory of reading an edition of Guitarist magazine with an interview with Nigel Tufnel himself, and he featured on the cover, along with the Hot Rod beauty in all its glory.
