As far as the grease pencil hand writing goes, I can't tell you anything about it.
However, I am fairly certain that the embossed number "016730" is simply a part number for the plastic bobbin part of the pickup.
It has been used on a number of pickups over the years and IIRC, the Delta Tone system was amoung some of the more common uses for it.
Is there a "detent" in the volume pot at the wide open setting?
If so, you have your answer but if not they could be any of a number of models, including MIA, MIM and possibly others.

Staggered, non-beveled alnico pickups are often indicative of a MIM product. But Matt is correct about the embossed P/N on the bobbin. It's been used for a number of different pickups, including MIA types. The color of the insulation for the lead-in wires may yield additional clues.

A distinct possibility......

Note the P/N embossed on the bobbins and the color of the lead-in wires.

The hand painted numbers 50657 etc are found on Jimmie Vaughan signature model pickups which are Tex Mex. If it's a complete JLV pick guard the switch wiring will also be non standard with no tone control on middle pickup.

Kudos.

I have a similar set, neck and middle only, and they are not wired in. they were sold to me as Tex-Mex, and like this set, (or it looks like it), my middle pickup has a red and a white lead. For what it's worth, I believe the guy who sold them to me believed they were Tex-Mex. But, he said he took them from a '05 American Standard. Fender advised me today that it would not be possible for an American Standard to have Tex-Mex p'ups. But couldn't you order it that way custom? Or it could've been modded to have the Tex-mex's.
SAnyway, since the neck is black and white, and if black is ALWAYS ground, should I assume red is ground on the middle pickup?

I need to get these installed for some work I have coming up. If anyone can help me know how these wire up, WITHOUT buying a bunch of diagnostic equipment, I'd appreciate it.
