Yes, indeed.
All owned by the site managers.
Now about 250 guitars, but 550 by the end of the year.
Our own private collections only.

old ones are out, you can create new ones of your own
it's a beta version to get rid of the remaining bugs, full version soon.
Cheers my friend
If any problem let me know

I'm glad you share, including the good quality pictures!
I really wish I could find one of the lovely Russian Yuriy Shishkov ones. The detail is so amazing, without being gaudy.

Some very nice images but could someone explain the concept to me please as I'm a little confused.

Thanks for the link.

I'm a little confused by the Yngwee Malmsteen Tribute Strat (Custom Shop section).
A scalloped fretboard and a player with the lightest of touches with all that wear and discolouration on the finish of the maple fretboard seems a curiosity to me.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

The idea was to show to guitar fans all over the world, some of the best craftmanship of the best luthiers, most being American.
GM shows guitars many of which have never been seen before, some others only in related books like The Deam Factory about the Fender Custom Shop etc...
These guitars are real and owned by real people.
It is by far the most popular site about the crème de la crème top guitars with hundred visitors per day.
It is not a commercial site as actually no guitar is for sale.
Just for the pleasure of the eyes for the time being

Alain
The interactivity will be started asap.

The FCS Masterbuilder Greg Fessler made an astonishing work to recreate as humanly close as possible the original "Play Loud" guitar of YM with all the dings, scratches worn parts of the original by years of gigs and tough treatment.
With the guitar is joined a DVD of YM with both the original and the FCS repro. Stunning
