So you don't know who they all are then? Why did you include them as being notable?

What is the story with regard to the site?

All pictured have an internet presence and that's where
the pics and the names and the notariety came from.

Except for 1 pic. A little webmaster humor if u don't mind:
This is me. Non notable.

Now the site is six years in the making. plenty of research
to come up with all the Warehouse concert dates. 320 of them.
Can't say any more that that. Just check out.

LOL. Good call that man. It had two of us fooled.

I'll send you a picture of me playing my black strat. I'm rubbish but I do have an internet presence. :)

Dude! That is one of the most eclectic sites I've see in a long time. Perhaps some pages might make it easier to read and manage?

I understand the gig listing but the whole bricks and monument bit is a complete mystery to me. I admit I may not be the most intelligent person on the planet but (I think what publishers refer to as) "Ways in" might be a help.

I wish you well in your endeavours (even if I am a bit confused as to what they are) as they appear to be admirable. I'd be happy to discuss your site further if you'd like to PM me as perhaps an outsiders view may help other visitors find the wood for the trees.

Regards,

John

Sorry that you did not recognize the David Gilmour pic from May 15 , 1970 PINK FLOYD / ALLMAN BROS. show at 'The Warehouse' - New Orleans.

Yeah, I did not get that pic as being Gilmour at all. You can't really see his face. That is okay, though... It is certainly cool that you were there ...

How about Robbie Robertson??

"How about Robbie Robertson??"

ABSOLUTELY ! Thanks ! This is an excellent pic ! If you have the photographer's name,
please post it. I inserted the pic in the above collage and I posted it in the
"FRIENDS" section of 'The Warehouse Concerts List' at:

http://www.blackstrat.net/#FRIENDS

Concerning The Warehouse Monument, Wednesday Dec. 16, we meet with
The City of New Orleans who has already publicly agreed to help us build the
monument, we will be submitting our design to them seeking approval. Here
are some pics, previous ideas of the project that have brought us up to this point.
320 'CONCERT BRICKS' listed on the site have already been purchased by fans and
they will surround the brick monument structure. Additionally 'BAND-PATHWAY BRICKS'
on satellite 'moon pads' will surround the 30 foot diameter circular plaza.
When a final plan is ironed out, I will post the details at http://www.blackstrat.net
regards,
John DuBois

I recollect seeing The Doobie Brothers, Humble Pie, and Deep Purple at the Warehouse back in the early '70s while attending tech school at Keesler AFB. It was a great venue and ticket prices were always reasonably priced. A monument is more than appropriate.

Three times for EC. :O

I'm FAIRLY certain that EC only has 2 pics currently displayed...

The pictures have definitely changed. The 5th pic in the first row WAS an older EC. It seems that a few of the pics have changed. :?

Yes, that collage is also a live pic on the website. With your help, we will update pics... JD

I used the 'NORMAL' channel, because I only have a high school education...
