This should probably be in the Squier forum but it's like a ghost town over there.
Picked this up at a yard sale today for ten bucks!
2004 Indonesian Squier Standard Hardtail Strat.
Cleaned it up and put some boomers on and it plays good. All electrics work good.
Eventually I'll strip the body and respray it.

$10? Now that is a deal, even for a Squier! Nice score! Although if it were me, I would keep the finish, it is quirky and fun.

$10 Damn! What a great buy. I'm in the "keep the finish" camp as well. It will give it massive value in the future (think of those pressed metal signs) and looks cool and funky. With the graphics it is special; refinished it will be a $10 yard sale Squire.
