Looking for a way to use ear Moniters with my GT100 amp.
Want to be able to hear through ear phones and amp speaker at same time. I tried through the line out plugs on the back but does not work. I did plug from line out to
Another small amp and that worked. Looking for a cheap way to do this. There must be some kind of power supply needed for this to work.

So you want to hear the guitar sound coming from both the amp speakers and the in-ear headphones? Or you want the guitar from the amp and the backing track from the in-ear headphones?

If you want the backing track from the ear monitors, and the guitar from the amp speaker:

1. Plug the guitar into the amp
2. Use a separate device like a smart phone to play the backing track to your headphones

If you want the backing track AND guitar from the ear monitors, and also the backing track AND guitar from the amp speaker:

1. Plug the guitar into the amp
2. Connect XLR cables to the line out in the back of the amp
3. Run the XLR cables to a small mixer
4. Plug the ear monitors into the small mixer

I don't really understand what you're going for, but this will get the job done.

Thank you for the quick reply. I just want to hear guitar through through amp and ear Moniters both.
I found a way to do it. I have a small cheap amp I've had laying around. I run a cable from the 3 prong line out plug on the back of my GT 100 Fender into the input jack on the other amp and plugged the ear phone into the headphone jack and it works great. Probably should get something made for that purpose someday.
