At least three people on the "V.2 upgrade?" thread are reporting big value jumps with small movements of the main encoder knob: https://forums.fender.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=110565. Where can we report this so it gets fixed?

Fender already knows about this. They have fixed it in the past tho usually a few settings remain touchy. Seems every time they so a fairly major update this changes. Sometimes most of it goes away, sometimes it gets worse. Some settings get fixed and other that were fine before now have the issue.
My theory is it's something they are having a hard time working out for some technical reason. I will say tho it's worse than ever after this last update. very frustrating but as fixes go it's at least one that doesn't keep you from getting what u want, it's just time consuming and a bit of a PITA.

Confirming I am having the same issues with patches being skipped etc when rotating encoder dial. Another issue I seem to have is when in the phone app (android) some values show maxed out even if I set them to half then save and go back into settings of the patch. This was the same issue I had prior to updating to 2.0 firmware. Granted I do not believe the Fender Tone app has been updated yet but I have not checked my phone to confirm.

The more I dig into things, the more I notice this. I guess the people testing the amp just got used to it, but after all the grief this amp has gotten, I'm surprised that Fender released this to the public. The new features are good, but the basic functionality has slipped.

My impression, actually, is that the interface as a whole is a little more sluggish. I wonder if they reduced the polling frequency of the knobs, and that's why we're seeing more jumps with this update.

I'm sure the beta testers who were selected by Fender Digital noticed, right? Ummmm right? Maybe our Beta tester friend "riffy" can comment?

I've noticed that this seems to be far worse when audio is playing using Bluetooth. The whole UI becomes really jerky and almost impossible to control. Even the other knobs (gain, treble, etc) are slow to respond. Stop the audio playing and after a few seconds the UI starts to respond much better.

Bluetooth audio also seems to take a few seconds to start up now (enough time to miss the count-in and part of the first bar of a jam track), and then clicks and stutters for a few seconds before playing normally. Moving around in the UI can cause Bluetooth audio stutter.

Also, playing Bluetooth audio and using the Android app at the same time causes so much stutter that it is unusable. Not sure if it always did this, as I quickly stopped using the app before the update after it corrupted my presets.

I think maybe the problem is that the processor in the GT is maxing out, causing the UI and Bluetooth problems. Looks like they maybe need to optimise their code.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Since i last posted i have noticed it;s not just a few knobs, it's most all of them ! (actually i think it IS all) One simple adjustment that should take a 1/2 second can now take 30 seconds. It's utterly ridiculous to put it mildly. I used to use the data wheel for most everything including the functions that have physical knobs on the amp. Now i use the physical knobs always and hesitate to even bother adjusting things that don't have physical knobs unless i really need to. How in gods name they could release this update with such a screwed up interface is on the verge of shocking. It's akin to selling new cars with a 3" steering wheel. The wackiness with the GT line just never seems t end.

still haven't heard from our friend "riffy" on this subject. Seems like it was working fine during the beta test. Maybe they uploaded the wrong file?? https://forums.fender.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=110280
