Just wondering how many happy Mustang GT users are still out there, or at least how many visit this forum. Anybody home?? Seems awfully quiet here lately.

I'm playing a GT100 with a Warehouse ET90 speaker. I'm very happy playing the '65 Twin and '59 Bassman models.

I'm still happy with the sounds of my GT40. Very glad I gave this little thing a second chance because it's perfect for my needs now and I am very much looking forward to whatever the 2.0 update brings.

The official Fender forums in general are not nearly as active as the other Fender-centric (Strat-Talk, TDPRI, etc) sites are. Most activity here happens in the lounge lol.

The Mustang™ I / II / III / IV / V / Mini / Floor section of the forum used to be hopping, as did the Fuse subforum. The GT forum has 8 pages of threads from about 1 year. The old Mustang forum had 90 pages of threads over probably about 6 years. 8 x 6 = 48. And GT doesn't have a separate subforum for the Tone software (another 36 pages of threads for Fuse).

Still here, still very happy with my GT40. The '59 Bassman model, the '57 Tweed Deluxe, the '65 Blackface Deluxe...all simply marvelous. Looking forward to the 2.0 firmware update!

Still love my GT40 even bought the Rumble Studio 40 (essentially a bass version) and am greatly anticipating the 2.0 version of firmware.

I check in a few times a week, sometimes I stir the pot,
or offer a suggestion.

Someone at Fender knows there are solid coders out there who would
abide by an NDA, and create great apps for them, for the mere price
of the amps and the related spec sheets!

Hint: give them the last one of each model left in the warehouse, and it won't
ever get noticed in the sales spreadsheets...when a new batch arrives,
they become tax write-offs.

Two more hints
1. Don't put your headquarters in a manger
2. Don't let a dog stay in charge

I bought a backsaw with a 28 inch blade, to cut the top off my GT40,
the speakers will be used elsewhere, and as for the head...
'...rack 'em, Danno!'

Still here loving my GT-100. It is still a very light & clean sounding amp.(Why I purchased it)
As for for improvements, I too am looking forward to even better days...
I tend to use the clean the most...
I do have a lot of guitars, and it is always interesting to note how any given amp model works with different guitars...
