I have started testing beta firmware for the Mustang GT series. I got it all set up last night.
I somehow lost two hours just playing with one amp that is in the new firmware. I got lost again earlier today for almost 2 hours again. I was playing at volume and all I can say is WOW! It is really good. I mean really good!

I have a gig tonight and I am using the GT for it. The bar fits about 300 people and we expect it to be pretty packed, I am going out of the XLRs into the PA and going to use the GT100 set up behind me for a stage monitor, using all it's modeling. I will take a small pedalboard with me. That is just as a woobie for me....LOL

I really think everyone will like this 2.0 release!

They asked a while back. I submitted my info and was wholly ignored. I haven't seen them ask again since.

It was VERY stable. Not a dropped connection with my tablet the whole 3-hour gig. I didn't even have a hiccup with anything. Other than I was wondering why my rhythm tone sounded a bit muddy during the beginning of one tune, "Girls, Girls, Girls. I had forgotten to switch from my neck pickup, used for an outro solo in the song before it....lol! Needed to be on the bridge for that tune. Totally operator error!

Which tablet? Exact product details, or product link, please.
Glad the show was 99.999% as desired, and the gear worked well!
Cheers

The tablet I am using is a Samsung NOOK tablet. It is one year old. They still sell the exact same model of it at Barnes and Nobel. It is essentially a Samsung E Tablet. It has always worked great with the tone app though!

I hope this helps some!

Of course it helps, now we know what to get our
wives or girlfriends for birthday or Christmas

...and we can start bargain hunting, too.
Have you, or the internals done any system updates etc on the Nook?
what OS version currently?

What was your playlist at the gig, and what gear does the band use?

(gotta pump anyone with a pulse, to build forum interest,
as september approaches slowly)
Cheers
