I’ve spent days trying to get this tone and failed. Tried ALL the downloads and none sound good along with hours of trying to creare my own.
Beginning to look like this Amp just can’t do OD sounds only clean.

Anybody succeeded?

Using a Telecaster

I use the SuperSonic model for sounds like this - with a Telecaster - no real or virtual pedals required.

I've also spent some time trying to get this tone. I'm not sure its ever going to happen without DG's fingers!

None of the patches I downloaded seemed particularly close to me. I've had a go myself and got a sound I quite like. It may not be that close either but you may like to try. I use an American Pro Strat...

Compressor, Ranger Booster (with very little gain), Big Fuzz ( tone turned back, gain about 2 thirds), British Watts amp (no cab emulation), then a little chorus, some delay and reverb.

On its own it seems quite bright, but in a band mix it up loud it was ok.

I shall still be tinkering with it though!

I get a nice OD sound with the Greenbox. It took me a long time to get a sound I was happy with.

I was wondering though when you turn the gain down on the supersonic, do you bring both gain controls down equally? I tried to create a supersonic half gain but it sounded horrible.
