The Mustang V supply has more complexity than the II and III. Those are Inductors related to Choke and I'm guessing isolation protection or EMF reduction. The application notes on the PWM IC part will be more specific. Most of that picture is the beginning of the power supply circuits. It's cut off but the PWM circuit (sort of square IC) upper right goes to the "Yellow" transformer (switching section) and then it's the DC power to the far right,(VCC and so on)
