I have nothing to add to the criticism already posted, except to report that I am running the most most current version of firmware and app, using iOS not Android, and the Bluetooth connection is intermittent. I haven't lost it in the middle of a stream (yet), but when I start and stop an audio stream it seems to lose the connection very easily. The app also seems to lose sync; a restart has fixed that at least once, but I haven't tested it enough to see whether that always works.

Is there anything we, as customers, can do to help Fender fix these problems?

You do realize that you can't use the Tone app and stream audio at the same time. Says so in the manual.

Thank you for trying to help, but the situation I am describing is different. For example: stream a song with the standard Music app. All is well. Close the app. The amp loses its connection with the iDevice. To restore it, you must go into iDevice settings. Another app I have does the same thing whenever you pause the stream of sound. It seems that the amp is responding to a couple of different events by quitting the connection, when that is (usually) not what the user wants. In my view, the amp should maintain its connection with the iDevice as long as the device is on, awake, and the connection has not been explicitly terminated.

I'm having the same issue with Bluetooth - sound disappears after some time of playback.
To restore the sound I need to turn off and on the amp, an then to reconnect my phone to it.
Fender support just keeps silence :(

My model is GT-100.
