Grab the newest version of the app and ensure you're on the latest version of the firmware too.

I have done that numerous times Brad, I have been a big fan of the Mustang GT since it first launched Ive owned one. I had to return my original one but that was due the AUX port being loose. But I am beginning to become so frustrated with the functionality of the amp and as long as fender has taken inbetween updates I am starting to fear the powers that be at Fender are giving up on this or atleast not trying as hard to fix the issues I want so bad this to be my amp for my gigs, but the glitchtyness is killing me,.

Just to confirm - your amp has current firmware (v1.3.5) and you have the latest app version (v1.0.6 for iOS or v1.3.2 for Android)? (Sorry, I'm only asking because all of the above has just been made available within the last ~24 hours.)

Yes, I was actually up playing last night when the app happened to do it yet again so I decided to update again "sometimes I just give in an try updating for the apps sake" and I seen there was an actual update which turned out to be the latest one released.

Hmmm - but the app updates were not released last night; they were released earlier today. Again, sorry for all the questions here - the behavior you're reporting would appear to imply that you'e updated the firmware on your amp to 1.3.5 but have not update your app to the latest version - so ... just attempting to verify that you are indeed on the latest version of both firmware and app. Can you confirm the version numbers you're running?

... hm, it's the same here.

Latest iOS app version: Everytime I start the app it says that there is an update for the amp available. I have run the update now three times and it seems that I have the current firmware version on the amp.

So I ignore the message and everything seems to be ok. It's a little bit annoying though.

That message is due to a bad or slow Bluetooth connection.

I have an iPhone 6S I doubt the Bluetooth is the issue. Unless you're saying it's the amps slow Bluetooth.

Did you do the "full" update, where you hold down the encoder button and the middle "soft" button? My experience is that the normal update process is not that reliable.

... it's solved in my case after an iPhone reboot.

Not shure, if this works for everyone. On my iphone 5 it did.

Thanks for your help :-)
