oczad, the next firmware update coming in a few weeks will have bug fixes and some more features, including a delete preset function!

Great news. Fence-sitters out in the wilds might miss that in this topic, when the details
are clear, I'd make a new post in the sticky, even if the update is weeks away,
that might inspire confident purchases, and limit returns.
Cheers

So Brad, is there any more details as to the things we can expect to be fixed with the new firmware coming out without leaking to much info? Or info on the new features? Can we know what ended up being the main bugs they worked out this round? I also talked to a rep to get a further idea of how fender is treating the GT line priority wise. It really sounds like they are making the GT the top of the list. I told the rep I laugh at people returning the amp for UI reasons only. While it is frustrating, the tone and power this amp has is far superior to the III and I owned the III special edition for a long time. I love the GT just hate the UI stuff but I knew from the start Fender would fix all that, I just wondered how long it would take and how frequent the updates will be. Brad, do you have a little more details on specific date for the update. The rep also a few weeks but Im trying to get a little more idea of when that might be.

Cbryand88, this is undergoing final testing as we speak and my understanding is that it's hoped for release this week! Stay tuned to https://support.fender.com/hc/en-us/art ... ease-Notes for release details once it's available.
