Hi Sir or Madam,

I recently purchased a mustang gt40 amp from the United States. I'm going to use(am already using! ) it in Hong Kong where the voltage is 220v. I also noticed on the back of the amplifier next to the power inlet it says 100-240V. Does that mean I can connect my amp to the power supply without using a step down transformer?

Many thanks!

FYI the mustang GT amp is now functioning under 220V and sounds amazing. I just want to make sure its entirely safe!

Can't find any schematic but all electronic stuff you see wrtie 110 / 220 work in both

If you amp is not made to work on 220 it will blow out fast , so you are safe
