1. The ability to rearrange the tones or save to specific slots as per Fuse.

2. The ability to back-up presets to iPad/

More dynamite presets of popular songs and bands...

For example "Treetop Flyer" by Stephen Stills, I'd love to have the settings for that song.

"Money For Nothing" by Dire Straights.

"Kiss Me Deadly" by Lita Ford

"I love Rock and Roll" Joan Jett

Anything by the Eagles or Joe Walsh

The list goes on and on...

For re-arrainging presets, try setting up "Setlists." I haven't done it yet, but I'd guess you can set up your presets anyway you want. That's what I'm reading.

At the moment, the SetList function is badly broken, unfortunately.

It's working fine on my amp....maybe your not hitting the switch correctly...the outer ring of the control knob must be pushed down when selecting a preset. It's kind of a hidden switch, but does indeed work...I just set up a setlist with four presets in it...it's pretty cool once you figure it out.

FYI-- I'm using version 1.1.0 firmware on my amp.

I was trying to do it from the Tone App, that's what's broken.

Ya you're right the Tone app is messed up, it's trying to work, but not there yet.

When my amp is on, my guitar is in my hands. I would love to be able to make set lists, favorite list and download (or queue for download) patches when the amp is not turned or in Bluetooth range.

I would love to see a virtual pedal or "Finger Switch" be included in the Tone App. This would unlock the looper and most likely drive real pedal sales as it would feel like an obvious upgrade to a real pedal.

My biggest hope though is that the tone app never be "done". :D As someone that works in software, done = dead. Done means that no new updates to fix bugs or fix new software incompatibilities. Example: I fear the Fuse app is "done". Fuse would not install on the last two versions of OSX (without lots of tweaking).

Fender has a great history of making amazing products and shipping them. Fender seems less familiar with long term support for software based products. It is unclear what the expectation for long term support is today. I can plug in a 59 Bassman today and use it fully. Does that mean that in 57 years I should expect full support for a GT amp on whatever device we are using? I think not! Though, the current Mustang™ I (V.2) that is available in on Fender's website does not seem to have software that will run on new Mac computers. I share this as a hope and plee, not as a criticism.

I would love to see the protocols and APIs for the tone app be open-sourced / publicly documented.

I'm not having any problem running Fuse on the latest OS X 10.12.5. Runs as it always did. I think that no matter what modern device you are using, phone, computer, car, guitar amplifier, they are all dependent on software (firmware). 57 years is a very long time in technology terms, and now, you have to run to stand still. I don't suppose it will be too long before valves/tubes are no longer manufactured. The market for them is ever decreasing. They have been surpassed by everybody except die-hard guitarists who still, rightly or wrongly, prefer equipment from half a century ago. I'm old enough to remember being told that computers would never 'catch on' and that people would eventually come to their senses.

Perhaps I spoke too rashly. I tried installing Fuse a few times and ran into issues both times. It very well could be a simple software conflict with one of the many development tools or frameworks I have on my laptop.

Ha, the fact I could not get Fuse to run and it looked like it was abandoned. Is one of the reasons I went with the GT 40 over the Mustang™ I (V.2). Though it did not take much to talk me into it.

That it comes with a two year limited warranty should tell you what you need to know.
