Just got my new Mustang GT100, love the tones but the Tone app leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to narrow down the few tones I actually use and save them into a set list. Having done that, I discovered preset tones in there that I hadn't chosen. Every time I try to delete one of these unwanted presets, the app just crashes and closes down (iOS). There doesn't seem to be any way to delete a set list and start again.

Yes you can delete setlists or and preset in there by hitting the settings button highlighting the preset you want to delete and hit enter button then menu button. "Poof" it's gone.

Doesn't work for me. I can't select a SetList. The SetList button just opens the SetList. Selecting any tone in the SetList opens the preset for editing. I am talking about the Tone app, not the amp itself.

stratocaster1983, would you mind doing me a favor and filing a support ticket on this one at https://support.fender.com/hc/en-us/requests/new? Select "Fender Digital Products," then "Fender Tone" when submitting your ticket. As we start moving forward here, that'll be the singlemost effective way to ensure any anomalies of this nature are making their way to the right folks on this end for review.

I do have a support ticket for this already. Josh in support tells me that it is NOT possible to delete items in a SetList. I managed to delete an entire SetList once but don't know how it happened and I am unable to repeat it.

What is VERY confusing is that when you select a tone in a SetList, it brings-up the tone editing screen where one of the options is to Delete Preset however, this is NOT the SetList preset as you would expect, it is the actual preset in the amp. The only way to get it back is to do a factory reset losing everything else. Not an ideal situation, I think you'll agree.
