While browsing presets with the Tone app I have discovered that it is storing/saving them to the amp rather than auditioning them as in Fuse with the option to save them IF I like them. I have discovered the edit button at the bottom with an option to delete the preset - but it doesn't delete. Help please. The advanced manual has no entry on how to delete presets either.

I've observed the same issues you pointed out and agree that you should be able to listen to a downloaded preset prior to deciding to save it to the amp or discard it w/o saving. The amp control also needs a delete option for presets, independent of the Tone App. I hope they implement these fixes soon.

There may be people who don't want 100+ presets,
and would prefer, for example, just 30 or 40,
tiring of the encoder dial being so full.
The more options we have for
personal preferences, the better.
Cheers

Agree. Can't demo a tone have to add it and it then just goes to the next free preset. If I delete it the tone goes but I'm still left with an unwanted blank preset?

When I delete a preset I get a empty preset also. Perhaps the answer to the problem is to set up "set lists" of your favorite presets. This will group all your favorite presets together, and can be edited or re set up as needed.....

I just found out that when I delete a preset and get an empty preset, then when I add a new preset from Tone, it will go into the empty preset slot automatically. Cool !!

Yes I just found the same. Trouble was Tone kept dropping out, plus it doesn't do it right away
