Manual will be posted in the Support tab on the GT40 product listing and in our Support section within next couple days!

Thanks Brad! Good to know.

While I'm waiting, any answers as to whether the looper is basic like the ditto pedal or more advanced (auto-record, absolute to save/recall loops, ability to draw from the aux to pull drum loops or backing tracks into the Loop, etc)?

No problem, and in case you misplace this thread in the future: manuals are now showing up on the GT 40 and GT 100 product listing pages as well. Should have them in place for the GT 200 within next 12 hours or so as well!

The green party will rejoice knowing how much pdf paper you saved by
using micro-mini-font size to squeeze all the specs onto one page.

Cheers

Hey Brad, again, thanks for the great fast answers this week.

You may not be able to answer this, but do you know about those looper questions I pose above? I read the manual, and it looks like a good but basic looper.

Do you know if any of those enhanced features will be available in a firmware update ora Tone App feature? Or at least that it's feasible? I didn't know if something like that would require different hardware.

The things I would LOVE to do with be looper are:

1. Save and recall loops, so I could build a setlist of songs

2. Record from aux or import drum loops or backing tracks, so I can get a full-band looping experience

3. Use auto-start and auto-quantize to make sure the timing goes well

4. Have a dual-Loop capability ( for example, to turn on and off Loop layers for verse, chorus, etc.)

I know those features are in the Digitech Jamman, for example, but id love a more advanced looper IN the amp because then I wouldn't need a looper pedal and and effects chain before that.

The simplicity of the GT40 is unreal! And a more powerful looper would make it a true performing powerhouse.

(I plan to make a ton of YouTube videos with looping performances of the 40, so I'll help sell them for you!)

Steve, looper functionality is spelled out here: https://support.fender.com/hc/en-us/art ... 0-200-Amps - let me know if you have any further questions about it!
