The columns have extruded aluminum cases with caps that might be plastic. No problem there with water. The speaker cones are probably okay, though getting wet is not recommended.
The columns are passive -- no significant electrical current there. It's the subwoofer cabinets that have the power amps for both the subwoofers and the columns. They also have plywood cases. Water won't help them.
Basically, wipe clean and dry the contacts (the prongs on the bottom of the tower and the holes in the tops of the subwoofers). You want to avoid conductive residue. Once it dries, the water won't hurt things, so long as the speakers were not plugged into AC power, and so long as the water didn't have anything in it that might leave a conductive residue (like salt or sugar or any kind of conductive dust).

Basically, MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETELY DRY, and then test it out. Worst case, the speakers are fried, but if that's true, then they probably already were unavoidably fried. More likely, they'll still work, though they might be slightly less pretty.
